Nevertheless, just because an action has limitations, it does
not mean we should not do it. The Gita clearly says that we
should perform our duties even if they have limitations –
sahajaà karma kaunteya sa-doñam-api na tyajet. For example,

as a boss, one may have to fire an employee. This may create
negative feelings towards us. However, duties must be done,
even if some are unpleasant.
Repeating a bad action over a prolonged period multiplies
the Karma Doña, and it then becomes our very nature – svabhäva.
The same is true for a good action.
We cannot exist without action. So, knowing the nature of
actions, we must do the right action with the right attitude. This
is called Karma Yoga. This minimizes Karma Doña.
Saìgha Doña – Negative Effect of Association
Saìgha Doña is attributed to
the negative influence of a
person, adverse circumstances,
or a toxic environment.
Sometimes, places themselves,
due to their architecture, are not
very conducive. They produce
unconducive energies.
The fact is that everyone
and everything influences
everyone and everything else.
