          The Chinmaya Family celebrated the 21-day Tapo
          Geeta  Jayanti  Fest from  December  5 to  25, 2020. Each
          evening,  swamins  of  the  Mission  from  all  over the
          world  discoursed on  one chapter  of the  Gita  in  English.
          Furthermore, swamins, brahmacharins, and sevaks spoke
          on ‘Is Bhagavad Geeta Outdated?’ in various languages.
          We present a translated,  edited, and  brief summary of
          Swami Pranavanandaji’s talk in  Creole,  delivered  on
          December 19, 2020. Swamiji is based at Chinmaya Mission
          Mauritius.

          Greetings to all ardent seekers of the knowledge of the  Gita.
       Does  the  Gita  offer  a  solution  to  all  the  problems  of  humankind?
       It is indeed pertinent to understand how this beautiful
       scripture presents a unique and universal solution to man’s
       challenges.

          Sanätana Dharma  stands firmly upon the foundation of the
       Vedas, the Puräëas, and the Itihäsas, such as the Ramayana and the
       Mahabharata. The  Mahabharata, known  as  Jaya – the Victory – is
       revered as the fifth Veda.
