That’s why even among people like you – people who’ve lived
such rich lives – we’re seeing more Alzheimer’s, dementia,
and depression cases. It shouldn’t happen – but it’s happening.
Reduce screen time where possible. First, it’s the TV, then
it’s more screen time, because what else will you do? Children
aren’t around. Grandchildren rarely visit. Earlier, you’d visit a
local temple. Now, most of it is on screen. So yes, online study was
beneficial when we couldn’t meet in person. It still is – for those
who are far away, who can’t drive, or have limitations. But if you
can come in person – come. Try. Because when I’m with you in
person, I respond to your expressions, your questions. Online,
I speak anticipating your needs. But in person, I can see your eyes.
I can see your confusion. It’s responsive. It’s personal.
