Kenya. We herewith present edited excerpts from these

he ego is the sense of individuality that arises when we
Tidentify objects, qualities, relationships, roles, or circumstances.
For instance, when you identify with your son, you call yourself
a father, and in relation to you, he calls himself a son. Likewise,
you describe yourself as a wife, husband, mother, brother, manager,
or CEO. These are all upädhis – limiting adjuncts or assumed
identities through which you define yourself.

The ‘I’ That Binds, the ‘I’ That Serves
The ego can be of two kinds: benign or malignant. A malignant
ego inevitably brings sorrow. When the ego develops a sense of
superiority, it becomes inflated and arrogant. The individual begins
